OMG! I'm assuming you didn't swallow a 5" piece of sausage whole?
I have no clue... could be mucus/biofilm? It has a Tapeworm like appearance, but looks old and partially digested. I can't see too well.. I just switched over to mobile. Climbers is good with making IDs... she is usually here in the evening.
Were you doing an enema or cleanse?
Have you tried removing it?
