urinary stream and ejaculation pressure lowp

Hello,

before i start i give the following information about my state of health:
age 30 - athletic. did urine/prostate and blood tests. all without any remarks.


I have these problems:

pressure of urinary stream is low - at the end of urination the urinary stream is divided into 2 streams.

pressure of ejaculation is also low!



some health problems i have for several years:

Seborrheic Dermatitis - cold urticaria and nail fungus.

any help appreciated!
