Take a good soap suds enema.
When growing up I had constant
constipation problems and tummy aches. Mom was quick to give me a good enema or two and that cured the cramps. If she was not available I got enemas by my babysitter, sister, aunt or neighbor lady. Take a soap suds enema and drink a lot of water. That will help you the most. Good Luck, Tells us what happens.
