I noticed that when I cut out my '4-5 caramel lattes a day' habit and really watched my Sugar intake for a while... i'd start feeling not so good if i consumed a lot of sugar. I still can't even get half way though ONE LATTE without feeling sick.
I don't take anything for candida though...
Maybe it's your body reacting because it has to start the process of sugar/carb detox over again?
I'm guessing... but I wouldn't give up on the candizyme yet. Maybe give it a few more days to adjust?
