Recently, I decided to do a Bowel Cleanse by changing up my diet. I've added the following to my everyday diet:
Fruit
Metamucil (1 teaspoon for now)
Multivitamin (Has all the vitamins, I think)
Probiotic yogurt
I've noticed a substantial improvement. I was on the subway the other day sitting beside a guy and he just sat there on his phone. He didn't cough, or clear his throat. I was scared to look in his direction in fear of him having a disgusted look on his face, so I was looking out of the corner of my eye and everything looked so normal (by normal people standards) I was shocked.
