I think it depends on the person. Beck worked wonderful for my HSV2. I think everything I did to change my health helped but before then I had non stop outbreaks. It obviously helped me huge. That and Lauricidin which I started quite a bit later. At one point I did anti virals. For me daily Lauricidin works way better then anti-virals and is way safer. Herpes seems to be a one thing that works for some doesn't help all. Things like Lysine did absolutely nothing. I did a whole bunch of stuff under two ND's and nothing worked close to as good as Beck and Lauricidin and a clean diet.
