I had afib as well. If you do enough digging you will find that all medication for AFIB will actually CAUSE problems in the long run and most have no proof that they improve or prolong life. I stopped all my meds shortly after learning the truth about them and have not been back to heart *cough* speecialists since.

That being said I have implemented consumption of many nutritional supplement in an effort to fix mu afib. Some of them, in the short term caused it to get worse but I didnt falter in my plan and now I am approx 70% improved and suspect to kick it all together.

Iodine alone is likely not going to cure it alone, you need to look into the various B vits, fatty acids, potassium and magnesium as well as copious amounts of vitamin c, lysine and proline.

What I can gaurantee you is if you simply blindly follow your docs advice your condition may improve in the short term but their drugs will never fix it and in the long term likely cause additional problems to boot. Tweet
