your right I am a former pill popper.. why do you think I talk shit about them in my post? - 3 years clean. but this Iodine thing and having heart palps and bed ridden 3 months afterwards is more then just a detox. Ive downed a few bags of salt since then it cant still be "bromism". Besides Iodine is pointless to me I mean seriously who in there right mind would want to go through a year of detox.. seriously? It just aint worth it in the long run I had a good life before I touched Lugols and I wont touch it again
