Rectal implantation of Colon flora ( WIT Proceedure)

Hi There

Could anyone advise me on the rectal implantation of Lactobacillius and probiotics? there is a Technique that exists called the Webster Implant Technique which describes this sort of proceedure - Has anyone done this before?
