SSKI dosage for four year old with UTI

Hi all!
Can anyone give a suggested dose of SSKI for my four year old granddaughter, with a possible UTI? She has mild CP (Cerebral Palsy). Mom's been giving her four drops SSKI and a well rounded teaspoon sodium ascorbate twice a day for about two/three weeks. Just SSKI before that. She was potty trained at two, but somewhere about three years old she started having more and more accidents at night until now she's been back in pull-ups at night only for the last year. Constipation is a common problem for CP kids, I'm not sure about UTI's. She's been doing better at night since she added an extra four drops of SSKI a day (about two months ago) and also added the Vit C. I'm just not sure she's getting enough to completely kick the UTI. Reason for thinking UTI, is cloudy urine and strong odor, plus night time accidents.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
