Oook.. I'm ready to start the bigger amounts I think. I have the 7% Lugols.. its says
Each full eyedropper (approximately .75 milliliters) contains about 48 milligrams of Iodine and 96 milligrams of potassium iodide. Total Iodine per drop is approximately 7.25mg

So, if I want to skip right to the regular dose... do I want 2 droppers full in a drink?
