Heart racing after coffee enema

Hi guys,

So I have been doing coffee enemas for several months now but yesterday I could only hold it for 4 minutes and after I expelled it my heart began to race. It must have been about 100 BPM. I tried everything to calm myself down and I began to feel very light headed and my face was very hot. Then after 25 minutes I expelled a clump of mucus which appeared to be candida and slowly started feeling better. Is that a normal reaction to having to still eliminate something toxic after an enema? I am confused because this has never happened before... Tweet
