Beware omega 3 krill.
I had strokes when I took that while eating grass-finished beef. Grass-finished beef already has the perfect balance of omega3 to omega 6 EFAs, so any more from krill oil is an excess and therefore a poison. Paralyzed the left side of my face for three months.
