Lyme test results, need help in reading it

Hey guys, i just received my results for my lyme antibodies test total and igm? very new to anything related to lyme so i have no idea what the results are telling me, if anyone could help it would be awesome

i ordered a test through requestatest which was done through labcorp. I cant link it but its from requestatest

they run a free western blot if something in the test i got comes up positive which I think is what happened but I'm still confused as to what to do. as far as a rash, i remember getting a medium sized round rash on my arm about a month after i started having symptoms but i attributed it to a side effect of taking anti inflammitories at the time but 8 months later now I'm not sure.
