Castor oil pack for breasts

So I have always had big breasts and I got a liposuction two years ago and was happy with the results. But in the last two years, my breast has become very saggy and large. It is sort of squishy and droopy. I feel that if they were to tighten, they would probably appear smaller.

I have been reading about castor oil packs for abdomen and was wondering if it would work in correcting my droopy big breast making it smaller and tighter? How would oral dosage of castor oil make any difference in my breast size?

P.S. I have polycystic ovaries and am planning to get my estrogen levels tested soon.
