reactive IGG results meaning

Blood test results i got today show "41 KD (IGG) Band reactive" and "58 KD (IGG) Band Reactive" but all others are non-reactive or negative. Quest diagnostics ran the IGG and IGM immunoblot screen. Since i am reactive for 41 and 58, does this have much significance? i have periodic knee and hip aches and i persistent have dry mouth...I am thinking sjogren syndrome but do these reactive antibodies suggest otherwise?
