don't crack, I know you won't

The chill is fine. Don't worry. Your body/metabolism is adjusting. You are not using your digestive system. I think about it as we are feeding our bodies a pure fuel that burns clean.
and I assume your water consumption is probally way up, that will chill you to. As long as you don't start to chatter.(shake from the cold.) That could be a sign of the flu setting in on you.

I would think it will pass. I used to be clammy, now I take a sweater to the office incase the air conditioning is set to cool. Which to me it now is.

As for the tiredness, are you using your 2 tablespoons of maple syrup? I ask because some people tend to try and skimp on it for the calorie savings. If you skimp on the syrup, you may be experiencing some Sugar high and lows. I know if I go too long between drinks I can experience a major drop in energy levels. A few times when I have gotten caught up in things and let it go far to long I had major lows. Almost to the point of wanting a nap. I don't think I've taken a nap since I was pregnant with son.
Hang in there, the results will be worth these days of adjustment.

Good luck!
