Another Angle of White Things Coming Out of the Skin plus Other Mystery items

Here are some other photos of the curious thing coming out of my skin. The first one is a different angle of the white things. The second, appears to be white things on the palm plus some odd black thing that looks like a pollywog.

I had another curious siting on my thigh last night as I removed my pants but it fell as I tried to get my camera. It appeared to have a wing with a black round thing attached to skin. Ewwwwwww.
