Thumb wart. Is it gone?

I've treated a wart with salicylic acid bandages for about a week and the top couple layers of skin came off. The bandages would shift around and spread the acid around the area causing a lot of unnecessary flesh loss so I stopped using the bandages.
After the bandages I immediately began apple cider vinegar treatment for my wart. After a few days the wart didn't turn black like expected, but the flesh did fall off. Now I'm left with a semi-deep indention and random searing and aching pain through area that was treated. In the middle of this indention is bright red flesh and a dot of squishy white substance I've tried removing fearing it's the core of the wart, but is far too painful to be poking and scraping at. I've stopped all treatment.

I'm concerned about whether the wart was successfully removed and if my thumb is doing alright. Please take a look at the provided pictures and let me know your thoughts.

Thank you.
