I think you are still supposed to "juice" - that is, get rid of the pulp. I posted the link you are referring to and I just reread it - and it does say to leave on the pith, but to run the lemon/lime through a juicer to remove the pulp. So I agree with Pepe that what you're doing is probably a bit much.
