I am interested in the brand/size etc. veggie cap you are using. When I looked on Amazon, reviewers warned about putting any liquid in them because they begin to dissolve immediately.

I currently take 125mg of Lugol's (20 drops of 5%) What size/brand of veggie cap would you recommend for me?
