All symptomology points to a chronic infection, whether it is yeast is another question, quite possible parasitic (protozoa), rogue bacteria and of course yeast/fungal.

The problems with the wee wee is due to nitric oxide depletion. NO plays a multi role in that it is needed by the immune system and also implicated in ED. Quite possibly the NO is being used up by the immune system since it is priority.
