Re: IODINE BUCKET CHALLENGE ..... now!!

- from my practicing supplements the last years, is that when the sodium - potassium range is good, the second two biggest minerals works better too. Magnesium, Calcium.
When these 4 are in a good working mood, all the other supplements are utilized better. Helped of course, by the key minerals like boron, Iodine and others.

What I experienced when I added potassium to my regimen, was a big change in sleep patterns. Everyone with adrenal fatigue like i had, know about sleep issues. Now they are more or less gone:)
So, the theory is when the body lack something, it goes into a flee and flight mood, adrenals involved. Without the proper electrolytes the body cannot relax.
I believe the potassium / sodium pump, when up to par, the magnesium are utilized, calcium too; not stored in tissue, but utilized!.
So, in my case the sound sensitivity at night are gone (magnesium deficiency symptom)

All that happens if too much sodium, is that I get thirsty.
If too much potassium vs sodium, I may get a head ace; this is rare, but happened when I loaded up on potassium.

Strange with the focus on too much of everything (vitamins/minerals), IMO it is rare; rather we have a deficiency.
