Thank you, yes I was thinking that I could at least do 14 days if needed and then maybe go for longer in a couple of months if need be. My plan is to limit myself to veggies, fruit and some fish after the fast. I want to really try and cut out all dairy, sugar,red meat and white flour food. My whole reason for this fast has to be to change my eating habits. With the recent medical scare I have had I really need to get it together if you know what I mean! I thought about a macrobiotic eating plan but man that looked complicated and exspensive! So I will go back to the basics and eat good healthy common sense food.
I think it would be great if we keep each other accountable! How long are you going to fast this time? I would appreciate any sharing of your experience on this fast. I am buying all my stuff this evening and I am truly excited about this.
