Autism, or Angelman Disease?

I have an 8 year old son who has never spoken. I have searched all Drs., and none has been able to diagnose my son. They have said it is autisim, angelman disease, but no one has given me any help to cure this. Can you help? He puts his hands in his mouth constantly, he vomits into him mouth and smears it on himself, he knows when we go in the car to the state school, and gets happy. If we go another route he gets excited to go the way he knows. Tweet
