That was the confusing part... her scalp is completely clean and clear.. not a single flake or anything out of the ordinary unless she scratched it open. It did not flake until I soaked hrr head with apple cider vinegar, washed her hair and then brushed her scalp with a heavy brush the next day. When I brushed her scalp, then it started flaking.. tiny dry white flakes. I then washed her hair with dandruff shampoo and the itch went away.
