Hi, i'm a yoga, tai chi and martial arts teacher. You could try the snake posture where you lie on your stomach and raise the upper portion of your body. You could also try the tree posture and mountain. Also, sleep on your stomach and avoid sleeping on your back. Tai chi can also help. I have uploaded a video on u tube which you can follow :-).
