Day 6 of liver flush

I had 3 flushes (with Molritz's method) in 3 months and went very well with improved energy level, skin texture & colour (less yellowish). Each time flushing out 100-300 soft stones from 1mm to 2cm diameter.

I am on my 4th flush after 2 months rest and this time not as many stones are coming out, around 20-30 1mm to 5mm diameter. Feel more clear minded.

On day 6 around 5pm I ate a piece of dried date... I wonder if this affect the result?

Does organic apple juice do better than non-organic ones?
