Did you ever exfoliate your lips before you got EC?

I'm talking with a lip scrub. Or some water and Sugar mix that you put on your finger and gently rubbed on your lips in a circular motion?

I'm guessing everyone on here never once exfoliated their lips in their life prior to getting EC, but if you did how often did you do it? Once a week?
