I've been fighting them for a year now. It's just something you have to keep fighting. They get less and less and eventually I will be rid of them altogether. Eat foods like pinapple and garlic, papaya and it's seeds. Lemon water. do enemas when you feel them. keep vicks on anus so they die when they come out. Wash your hand alot use alot of soap and a nail brush. keep nails really short. Wash the area well with lots of soap and spray off well morning and before bed. They say wait two weeks to treat again but for me I can only take a break for a week or they start again. I use a steam cleaner on the bathroom and surfaces then i spray with bleach water and wipe with throw away paper towels. The last treatment i did I only saw one adult and few hatchlings, maybe 5. It's progress. They are terrible to get rid of. I think that when you take the meds it kills some but some of them go into a dormant state and then they wait until they can start absorbing food again and they reactivate. Im using med combinations such as ivermectin and alinia the the next day fenbendazole. In a pulse method now. The tetracycline has also seemed to help alot to weaken them. It is a battle. You just have to continually kill them and wash them and the eggs away and try to prevent the eggs from getting spread around. Just keep picking away at them. Also don't eat pork. I swear it has pinworms in it. Have I eradicated them, no, not yet, But I had thousands now I'm down to small amounts.
