Re: Effect of fasting on cholesterol

LDL of 4mmol/L is not bad at all. Your HDL is Poor, it should be over 1.6mmol/L. Over 5mmol/L LDL would be bad, but my doc says that Cholesterol is a big hype in the west. It is essential food for your brain. Liver does over produce Cholesterol sometimes, that means you have to clean your liver.
Fasting and Liver Flushing lowers my Cholesterol every time I did a fast or LF.

Fast away, it is an amazing way to balance your body and mind.
