External hemorrhoid, Mouth Ulcer, Yeast on tongue and small warts

Hi. I got a hemorrhoid about 1 month ago, it's gone down and is almost gone, I also had a few warts or something on my stomach before that dissapeard pretty fast. Now a few weeks after the hemorrhoid gone down I have gotten a mouth ulcer and I think I got some yeast on my tongue too.

I had a pretty unhealthy life style for a 2-3 months with bad sleeping, drinking and eating a lot of meat.

Is these signs of Candida? I'm worried it could be a STD like HIV and getting really paranoid because I was in Thailand for about 6 months. But I have used condoms every time this year....

Well will have to go check it on the hospital soon but just wanted to ask because I feel worried now... Tweet
