update: i did a dry fast for about 20.5 hours, which i feel was so amazing! i was very euphoric and alert, even at work and could think clear and focused. i didn't feel weak at all whereas on a Water Fast i would feel extremely weak and dizzy even after only 20 hours. i know i could have gone so much longer but i got plain bored. this is something i need to work on as i broke my fast with some vegetable wraps and fruits and some coconut water and orange juice and drank water. needless to say i felt sick and wish i hadn't broken the lovely fast.
on to my next one :) already 3 hours in. i hope to last longer now, if not i will definitely catch up on saturday.
