Re: Ivermectin Tablets Taste

My doctor prescribes me stromectol but I take the horse paste because the pharmacy has to order it in and they only prescribe me 9mg.
The horse paste I'd imagine would absorb better too and its just easier/cheaper.
The instructions I was given was to take the albendazole early in the day with food and stromectol at night before bed 4 hours after food.. but I'm not disciplined enough lol I like to snack before bed (bad habit, I know) so I reversed it... I take the ivermectin with a glass of orange juice right after I get up in the morning and then an hour later I'll have my coffee and albendazole gets taken at dinner time, around 5 or 6 pm with dinner and a huge spoonful of peanutbutter.
From what I understand, ivermectin should only be taken on a completely empty stomach and with plenty of water. If you want the meds to work, you have to pay very close attention to the instructions and take them exactly as prescribed. Althought i doubt night vs day makes much difference.
