help, my dog has cancer

my golden retriever was diagnosed with lung and liver cancer. i started using cs, but i dont really know for sure how much and how often i should give it. she is almost 15 years old and weighs about 90 lbs. she is going down hill quick. she only ate once yesterday, and i think thats only because i gave her a steroid pill. i hated to give it to her because of it suppressing her immune system. she was unable to walk on her own this morning. i need help !!!!
