Phelp! Off topic, but seeing your name made me remember a question I wanted to ask and forgot.
I have an 8 year old with a metal (stainless) spacer that is preventing her teeth from shifting because one of her molars broke when she was 5 and had to be removed, otherwise her teeth all seem healthy, no cavities.
She has extreme scalp itching... with a pristine looking scalp. No flaking, tried a million things but nothing helped. I posted on the morgellons board because the people there are genius and I thought someone might have an idea.
Could it be the metal spacer? Its hard to say when it started, but shes been scratching these 2 spots open (just tiny scabs) for about 2 years maybe and even a dermotologist couldn't tell me what was wrong. Then I started reading about dental issues and wondered about the spacer.
