Maybe you guys can help?

This isn't Morgs related... but Morgs people seem to know a lot of unknown and have a solution for almost everything, so maybe someone can help.
My 8 year old is always complaining about her scalp being itchy and scratches it open in 2 spots. I have spent hours examining every square inch of her scalp and hair shaft and it's pristine. Nothing flakes off, no flakes in her hair or anything off looking.. besides when she scratches it open.
She has no allergies that I'm aware of, no health problems... she has very mild KP (dry goosebumps) on the backs of her arms and legs that goes away with weekly brown Sugar scrubs. Our typical shampoo and conditioner is Aveda rosemary & mint, but I've changed it a million times and her head still itches. Its always in the same 2 spots... on the top back and left back side. She doesn't itch anywhere else. When I ask her what kind of itch it is, she just says a regular itch. No crawling sensations. She's the only one who has itchy scalp in the house.
I have tried:
Apple cider vinegar
Borax
Tea tree oil, rosemary, eucalyptus, coconut oil
Scalp treatments, salon scalp treatments, professional scalp massage
Many times over with no relief.
What am I missing?
