I'm sorry.. that made me LOL. My kids always question the boxes of horse paste... because we obviously don't have a horse!
When i first started doing enemas I would lay in the hall in front of the bathroom so I could quick run. The idea did not thrill me, but they needed to be done. They get a lot easier as you do more, but I've never done more than 4oz at a time. The coffee one I thought was easiest abd I was able to hold it for the 20min. I think it gets to the liver by absorbing through blood vessels that are on the right side of the large intestine. If you google it, theres a diagram that shows the location of the vessels that run up to the liver.
Borax enemas are my favorite, but too many are supposedly bad for you.
I'm over due for a coffee enema... my liver could use a pick me up. I don't like that the coffee makes it hard to see what you flush out and I haven't talked myself into pooping through a strainer yet.
I have this fear of contaminating my bathroom and getting the kids sick, so I stopped digging stuff out. Maybe I can set up a strainer in the utility room bathroom. Theres spiders out there though :/
