It sounds like you are self-intoxicating yourself where your body is fermenting food into alcohol.. This can happen in some people where they eat a carb like bread and they can get drunk from it.. I assume its from a reaction with yeast overgrowth or some sort..
reducing processed carbs will help this. (white breads, flour, pasta, grains, White Sugar .)
Your sensitivity to light can be an insufficiency of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
Just my opinion here but if youve got some sort of gut issue its more likely than not that you have multiple deficiency issues.
