i hear you... but average people are trying to live out there in that jungle... and as Denniger does point out, the government is everywhere these days, harassing people on all fronts... property taxes, fines for upkeep, vehicle taxes, licensing, red light tickets, court costs... and this seems to hit the least sophisticated the hardest as they simply never learned to organize their lives in a way to avoid all the pitfalls and traps...

of course, we know that 'boiling the frog' was intentionally planned... and clearly, the country is, by design, pretty close to the boiling point.
