Help identifying possible parasite/candida/? Stool picture

Hello, I need help identifying this things that I pass in the stool. Notice that this usually happens when I take a large dose Psyllium seeds [1-2 tbsp].

I feel greatly relieved after passing this and happens almost everytime when I take the seeds. If I have not taken psyllium seeds for a while, I usually pass much more of these things.

I'm not sure if its candida or any kind of parasite, or maybe just plain fat stuck to the intestines? The things are a bit more yellow in colour and sort of gel/sponge and slimey like.
