I realize this is a really old post but I'm curious if you have any more info on sulphur making copper more bio-available? Everything I've read suggests that sulphur forms some sort of inert compound with copper that is then useless and gets excreted from the body.
I made myself copper deficient by taking MSM for a long while so then I supplemented some copper for a short time and now I have copper toxicity symptoms that are worsened by things like zinc yet I'm still showing all the deficiency symptoms at the same time.
My thoughts were that now that I have excess copper bouncing around that maybe adding some sulphur back would help calm things down. I guess I supplemented too much too soon so it didn't get bound up to the normal proteins.
