Thanks so much for the input and info. I must admit that I didn't do much in the way of heavy exercise while fasting or during my juice cleanses. I was under the impression that exercise should be kept at a very low intensity because the body was working so hard removing toxins and healing. I will go about my new cleanse differently this time and may do a juice fast again instead of the MC. I had much better luck with the fresh juice fasting anyway, will also add the P&B shakes again. So guess I will go to the juicing forum for support when I do my next cleanse. Thanks again.....
