Antifungals for urinary tract infection

Damnm, my candida got spreaded once again to urinary tract and on my penis. I use itraconazol as systemic antifungal, but its to weak and messes up with my heart.

I've used once Nifuratelum and it worked pretty well.

How can i deal with bladder fungal infection?
Is high dose of vitamine C to lower the pH of urine a good idea? What else?
