Rescue Remedy works. I am not sure how it works but I know it does. I have given it to a 5 year old going to the dentist and he was not nervous any of the time. Many other times I give a drop or two to a grandchild getting ready to take a test. Works every time. Don't make better grades,just calm throughout the test............
