Doctor's Data CDSA x3 did not detect Candida Albicans?

Dr. Bakker,

I'm a male experiencing severe candida overgrowth(I thought..), adrenal fatigue, and leaky gut.

Based on your recommendation in this forum, I ordered the Doctor's Data CDSA Parasitology x3.

The test came back with good healthy flora/bacteria and negative for Candida Albicans OR live yeast, which is confusing considering the obvious and out-of-control overgrowth symptoms such as genital yeast infection, halitosis, foot fungus, yellow nails, eczema, brain fog.

It found a few microscopic yeast which is dead yeast, so does this mean I do not have "overgrowth" as live yeast were not found? Or did they simply fail to detect the live yeast?

This is very confusing as I was expecting minimum of +3 Candida Albican due to my severe and ongoing symptoms.

Is my yeast infection serious?

I would greatly appreciate if you can please comment on my results.

Much appreciated. Thank you.
