Need advice on Bowel Obstruction

Hi,

I have a bowel obstruction/blockage that I desperately need to sort out. I can feel something hard in my middle and upper intestines and it hurts when I press on it. I have had this for a long time and sometimes it clear out itself but soon after that, another blockage is made.. Right now I haven't gone in 2 weeks now and just a small amount comes out with coffee enemas.

I'm guessing the cause is worm blockage but I could be wrong. My whole bowel feels paralyzed and especially when I eat lots of garlic, cayenne and yoghurt. Sometimes I can hear something like a metallic sound or dripping water in a cave from the upper intestines.

I'm about to start a battle with my worms(ascaris&rope //www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=2190795) however my thoughts was to sort out this blockage so I'm going to be able to pass out the dead worms, toxins and debris. Would it be a bad idea to just go ahead anyway? Any tip on sorting this out?
