nystatin enemas can help but it depends how bad your gut is.
nystatin eneams has knocked my candida down to a low level i havent had in years but now i have issues with other pathogens like strep, staph and clostridia because they tend to overgrow when candida is knocked down so i would also take a very strong probiotic to keep other bacteria strains down while taking the nystatin. but i must say it is very particular Im just referencing my case.
