When you say "multi frequency", do you mean one electric signal with a different frequency after another, or several electric signals with different frequencies at the same time ?

Also have you tried to determine which kind of organisms were in the jars before and after and objectively observe the results ? If the membranes of viruses/bacterias/protozoas are destroyed or not.

Because maybe the electric signal is only killing algaes...
