Beck did not say that. It was an another engineer. I don't understand the statement. Beck's zapper looks like an AC wave to me, as far as I cam tell. I will convert it to pulsed DC all positive with a simple full wave rectifier in the output wire. I believe a 1,000 ohm resister will make the 1/4 volt offset (with a very slight reduction of voltage). Clark was very aware of the mortal-oscillatory-rates for microbes, but said said a positive offset alone will also kill microbes, so a simple zapper will have effect. She also published a long list of frequencies for many parasites, but at that time you needed a frequency generator to hit all those frequencies.
Having a DC positive offset switch on a Beck zapper would also be a slick idea. Right now I'm trusting a lot of what Clark said because I'm reading the details of the step-by-step methods and the progression of improving blood test of her patients. She documented her work and she published it all.
